Kota Kinabalu: Earth industries such as real estate and infrastructure will show strong potential in the Fire Horse Year 2026, according to Feng Shui Master Jane Hor.
“With technology and smart home development leading the way, developers who move early are likely to gain a clear advantage,” she said to hundreds at Affin Bank’s Group Market Outlook and CNY dinner recently.
Jane explained that the basic principle of Feng Shui involves the laws of “Heaven – Earth – Man”. Heaven Luck revolves around time or timing. Earth Luck concerns the environment and Man Luck depends on human action.
This year, the beginning of spring is on Feb 4, 2026 at 4:16a.m. ahead of Chinese New Year which falls on Feb 17.
