KOTA KINABALU: Love’s Foundation partnered with Queen Elizabeth Hospital II (QEH II) to bring Christmas cheer to medical staff and in-patients through a series of festive activities held this month.
The programme began with carolling and the distribution of gifts across hospital wards on 2 and 3 December, reaching more than 500 staff and patients.

Co-founder Louis Su said the collaboration was meaningful as it allowed volunteers to celebrate with frontline workers who often spend festive seasons away from their families.
He said the celebration, usually funded personally by hospital staff, was expanded this year after QEH II’s Board of Visitors invited the foundation to co-organise the event.
A larger gathering on Dec 5 brought together about 50 staff members, with 300 presents and 500 meals distributed alongside performances of Christmas songs and dances.
