Jesselton International highlighted the scarcity during the Prosperity Community Gathering 2026, which attracted over 1,500 residents and invited guests, on Friday.
Its Executive Chairman, Tan Sri David Chu, told Daily Express that all non-Bumiputera units at Jesselton Twin Towers have been fully taken up.
He said only a small number of Bumiputera-designated units remain, adding that these units have already been officially released by the relevant authorities.
Following the release, the units are now open for purchase by the public, including foreign buyers.

However, eligible Bumiputera purchasers will continue to enjoy the five per cent Bumiputera discount, he said.
The gathering, themed “Celebrating in unity at Jesselton Twin Towers, together welcoming the Lunar New Year,” was held as part of Jesselton International’s annual open house tradition.

Attendees, including customers, property owners, and prospective buyers, enjoyed views of the city skyline and Mount Kinabalu from the 10th-floor recreation deck.
The evening also featured a dinner catered by A1 Chicken Rice, a lion dance, live DJ entertainment, tarot reading, a lucky dip, a magic show for children, and a fireworks display.
Networking was a key feature, with many guests reconnecting and renewing acquaintances.
Jesselton International said the open house remains an annual platform for buyers and owners to engage directly with the development team.
