End to roadside Kundasang stalls
Among the first 21 stalls in the first phase that are being dismantled to make way for the construction of a new building.
Kundasang: Kundasang vegetable sellers operating along the road will temporarily shift to an open area pending completion of a new building by the Ranau District Council.

“This is our fifth move,” said Mariana Taliban, at the site where the row of stalls currently was being dismantled to make way for the project.

The relocation is expected to last six months, with traders shifting to the area known as “bata merah” while construction takes place at the existing parking area. 

“Of the original 86 stalls, 81 are active, housing 82 traders, almost all of them local women who manage their own businesses.
