Sandakan hit by floods, fallen trees after heavy rain
SANDAKAN: Heavy rain since Thursday night has caused flash floods, fallen trees and submerged roads across Sandakan.

The Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) Sandakan is monitoring affected areas and carrying out response operations.

Fallen trees were reported at SK St. Monica and Bandar Sandakan, both cleared, while operations are ongoing in Taman Mutiara and Batu Sapi.

Flooding has affected Kampung Pangiran and Taman Fajar, with the situation under close watch.
