Kota Kinabalu: The Tamparuli Native Court had acted illegally and against judicial procedure when it dropped the customary claim case against lawyer Marcel Jude Joseph, claimed United Sabah Dusun Association (Usda) President Datuk Ewon Ebin who was the plaintiff in the case with 22 others.

Ewon said the Tamparuli Native Court’s decision came as a shock to the plaintiffs.
