Kota Kinabalu: A senior corporate executive in a Government-Linked Company has filed a RM50 million suit against a top company official for alleged defamation and conspiring her removal from office.
The suit sighted by Daily Express was filed at the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak here.
In her statement of claim, the plaintiff described herself as being a long-serving senior executive within the group at the material time.
The plaintiff alleges being targeted through a series of actions aimed at removal from position and undermining of professional standing.
