NABAWAN: Three Mukim Development Officers and two Community Development Officers for the Nabawan constituency have been newly appointed.
They are Nabawan Mukim Development Officer Larim Haluk, Pamuntarian Mukim Development Officer Marsius Suin, Pagalungan Mukim Development Officer Petrus Agitor, Pensiangan Community Development Officer Jaimes Agubat and Pagalungan Community Development Officer Markus Tingkalor.
Petrus was appointed to replace former Mukim Development Leader Pakiak Andingos, whose position will be terminated following his alignment with the opposition during the recent 17th State Election.
Meanwhile, Larim, Marsius, Jaimes and Petrus are new appointments as additional Mukim and Community Development Leaders alongside existing office bearers.
Petrus and Markus previously held positions as Wakil Ketua Anak Negeri (WKAN) for Mukim Pagalungan.
Their appointment letters were presented by Nabawan Community Development Leader (PPM) Deckson Anthony Andipai at the UPPM Office here.
Meanwhile, the presentation of appointment letters for Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) chairpersons for the Nabawan constituency is expected to be held on April 11.
According to Nabawan Community Development Officer (CDO), the appointment letters for JKKK chairpersons will be presented by Nabawan Assemblyman Datuk Abdul Ghani Mohamed Yassin.
