Furthermore, he said healthcare is a priority to improve public wellbeing through the enhancement of quality medical facilities and comprehensive health services.

He explained that the objective is to ensure every citizen receives fast, safe and effective treatment.

According to him, digital transformation within the civil service is also being empowered to improve efficiency, transparency and public accessibility.

In a related development, Musa reminded that the need to strengthen integrity within the civil service must always be a priority in the effort to build an administration respected and trusted by the people.

“Integrity is not merely a slogan; it is a core value reflecting honesty, transparency and commitment in fulfilling one’s trust.

“Accountability and transparency in the state’s financial management are crucial to ensuring that every allocation spent truly benefits the people.

“Every spending decision must be made carefully, guided by principles of good governance, while considering long-term effectiveness and impact,” he said.

He called upon all citizens to remain united and work together to ensure Sabah remains a prosperous, stable and competitive State.

During the ceremony, a total of 90 individuals received State Honours, Awards and Medals.
