PENAMPANG: The Inner Wheel Club of Freesia-Rose Penampang (IWCFRP), in partnership with the Rotary Club Penampang, organised a Womb Trauma Healing (WTH) Session at BMB Homestay, Sugud, in support of the global “Orange the World: End Violence Against Women and Girls” campaign, recently.
The programme, aligned with the UN Women-supported movement, brought together members of both clubs, invited guests, and women seeking emotional healing.
Guided meditation, emotional release exercises, reflective practices, and sharing circles were conducted to help participants explore how trauma and stress can be stored within the womb space.
IWCFRP President Janet J. Gunsalam said the collaboration reflects the clubs’ shared commitment to empowering women and creating safe spaces for healing.
