Police investigate man’s death after 11-storey fall at Aru Suites
KOTA KINABALU: A 53-year-old man died after allegedly jumping from the 11th floor of Aru Suites, Tanjung Aru on Saturday.

Kota Kinabalu Police Chief ACP Kasim Muda said police were alerted via the MERS 999 emergency line at around 3.07pm and quickly dispatched officers to the scene.

“A technician at The Aru Hotel spotted a suspected human object falling from the upper floor on CCTV.

“The victim was found unconscious on the road and confirmed dead by paramedics from Hospital Queen Elizabeth 2," he said.
