Kota Kinabalu: Head of State Tun Musa Aman and Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor attended the State Police Contingent breaking of fast event at the Multipurpose Hall of the Kota Kinabalu District Police Headquarters (IPD) on Wednesday.
The event included the recitation of Quranic verses and Surah Al-Kahfi, followed by the presentation of contributions from Pusat Zakat Sabah to converts, widows and orphans of the Sabah PDRM contingent.
The programme also featured a Ramadan tazkirah before guests proceeded to break fast and perform the Maghrib, Isyak and Tarawih prayers at Surau Fisabilillah.
