KOTA KINABALU: The participation of many new faces in the upcoming Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) committee elections in Matunggong reflects the party’s continued relevance and strong support, particularly among the younger generation.
PBS Central Youth Exco Alexyus Matius said he was proud to see young people stepping forward to offer themselves as new leaders within the party.
“This development shows that the spirit of struggle within PBS remains alive and continues to resonate with the youth,” he said.
He noted that, in addition to the Youth wing, the Women’s wing elections have also attracted many new faces ready to take on responsibilities at the grassroots level.
