BEAUFORT: Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (PGRS) Lumadan Division Chief Datuk Mazlan Joehari Manan hopes the Federal Government will withdraw the Attorney General’s appeal seeking a stay of the Kota Kinabalu High Court decision on Sabah’s 40 per cent revenue entitlement.
He said the move would show respect for the court ruling on Oct 17, 2025.
He added that the State Government, through the Sabah Attorney General’s Chambers, had stated its intention to oppose the application filed by the Federal Government.
