The prosecution informed the court that the complainant discovered that cash totalling about RM2,300 comprising Singapore dollars, Brunei dollars and ringgit kept in a wallet had gone missing at the said place.

Investigations found that the complainant had gone to the premises at 3pm for a body massage by Siti and placed a bag containing the cash in front of him within his sight.

After the massage and when the shop closed, the complainant realised immediately that his cash was missing.

On Feb 2, at about 6.30pm, Siti was arrested to assist in investigations and the police seized several banknotes and that during identification of the exhibits, the complainant only recognised the SGD50 note as his.
