SUSAN said the Kinarut Palm Avenue development was especially meaningful, as Kinarut was where the group began its first development nearly two decades ago.
“The launching of this latest commercial development, Kinarut Palm Avenue, marks another step in transforming Kinarut into a growing suburban and business hub.
“Kinarut Palm Avenue would be followed by a shopping mall within the next one to two years, completing the township’s commercial ecosystem,” she said, adding that a special discount of RM88,000 is offered to interested buyers in conjunction with Chinese New Year celebration.
She said the project to build 52 shop lots will feature an Everrise supermarket, a 24-hour Level Up fitness centre, a 10 Star Cinema and a majestic ballroom, among others, to be completed by the end of 2027.
Susan welcomed the Government’s commitment to upgrading roads, water and electricity supply to support rapid development.
“Improved infrastructure and basic amenities are important for both residents and investors. We’re happy to see efforts being made by the government and elected people reps to address these issues,” she said.
She added that the company would fulfil Armizan’s request to build a recreational area for the local community and prioritise hiring workers from Papar.
“We would incorporate community-friendly features, including an outdoor recreational space with walking and jogging tracks near the cinema complex.”
