Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, in his 2026 Hari Raya Aidilfitri message, said the State Government remains committed to strengthening Sabah’s current political stability.

He said political stability is the primary prerequisite for the state’s development and prosperity.

He said the government has outlined a strategic and comprehensive roadmap under the Sabah Maju Jaya 2.0 development plan to elevate the State’s development.

He said SMJ 2.0 reflects a commitment to transforming the economy, empowering human capital and prioritising the welfare of the people.

He urged Sabahans to use Aidilfitri as a time to renew unity, strengthen resolve and uphold values of respect, tolerance and togetherness as the foundation of stability and progress.
