PENAMPANG: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) continues to give young leaders room to grow and lead, said its information chief Datuk Joniston Bangkuai during a walkabout in Moyog on Saturday.
He said the emergence of quality young candidates such as Joeynodd Bansin in Moyog and Bonaventure Boniface in Tamparuli under the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) banner reflects the party’s commitment to developing a capable new generation.
Joniston said PBS remains relevant by staying close to the people and playing an active role within GRS to strengthen the coalition in Sabah’s political landscape.
He added that the party’s long tradition of energetic young leadership continues under Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam, combining senior experience with professional youth to drive local development.
Joniston, who is also GRS information chief, said PBS is confident of defending its traditional seats in Moyog and Tamparuli, giving its young candidates the best chance to serve their communities.
