KOTA KINABALU: Eight vehicles were damaged in a chain-reaction collision along Jalan Damai, Dah Yeh Villa, on Saturday afternoon.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

The crash occurred around 12.06pm when a BMW driven by a middle-aged man collided with a Perodua Alza along the busy stretch.

The impact sent the Alza veering out of control towards a restaurant beside a retail shop before striking several parked vehicles.

Police later arrived at the scene to carry out investigations into the multi-vehicle accident.
