Wong said “Taska” classes were much needed in Labuan as they will ease the burden of working parents. He said, unlike kindergarten, enrolment into Taksa could begin from an early age, around three.

He also said that operating such an early education centre was costly due to the many aspects that needed attention, but assured that the chamber would strive to provide affordable education for all and, if necessary, subsidise the fees to assist families.
