ACCORDING to Peter, one thing interesting about Sabah is that tourism has been growing quite fast since Covid.
“I think last year it was stated the recovery rate was 89 per cent already. Today it should be about 90 per cent maybe.
“You are talking about four million tourists a year. Surprisingly from my last time visiting here up to today, I noticed there are a lot more China tourists and there are a lot more Korean tourists as well and there’s a lot of talk about MM2H,” he said.
“The property purchase price for MM2H is actually lower here so there are a few factors here that actually make it quite interesting as an investment destination for MM2H holders and foreigners.
