Kota Kinabalu: Head of State Tun Musa Aman and his wife Toh Puan Faridah Tussin graced the Iftar hosted by Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) at Magellan Sutera Resort.
The event on Monday was also attended by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor and his wife Datin Seri Juliah Salag; Youth Development, Sports Advancement and Creative Economy Minister Datuk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan; Assistant Ministers; and Mayor Datuk Seri Dr Sabin Samitah.

The arrival of Musa and his wife at 6pm was received by the DBKK top management as well as senior officers from various government departments and agencies.
The ceremony commenced with the presentation of donations to orphans, the underprivileged (asnaf) and local mosques as a gesture of care during Ramadan, followed by a religious talk (tazkirah) and prayers.
At exactly 6.29pm, the attendees broke their fast together before performing the Maghrib prayer in congregation.
Guests then enjoyed a dinner banquet featuring interludes of performances, before performing the Isha and Sunnat Tarawih prayers together, followed by a light supper (moreh).
