SIPITANG: Sipitang MP Datuk Matbali Musah continued his annual tradition of engaging with residents of different faiths and backgrounds by visiting Christmas open houses in Kampung Long Pasia and several other villages on Christmas Day.
The visits focused on interior areas within the Sindumin state constituency, reflecting his commitment to strengthening unity and social harmony among the multiracial communities in the district.

Matbali spent time mingling with congregants at the SIB Church in Kampung Long Pasia and conveyed Christmas greetings to local residents, saying festive celebrations should serve as a platform to promote unity, tolerance and mutual understanding.
He also visited the home of local homestay operator Balang Singa, showing support for community involvement in rural tourism development in interior Sipitang.
Also present were Sabah Agriculture and Food Industry Ministry Cooperative chairman Liaw Sin Kuang and former state footballer Mafry Balang.
