SICC draws over 30,000 diners during Ramadan buffet

Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) recorded strong public response during Ramadan, attracting 30,172 diners to its “Resepi Nusantara – Asian Buffet 2026”.

Chief Executive Officer Datuk Rosmawati Lasuki said the turnout from Feb 26 to March 18 reflected encouraging community support and engagement.

She said the programme also fostered togetherness, with families, friends and colleagues gathering during the festive period, while expressing appreciation to staff and returning guests.

She said the BigSabah Sale 2026 will be held from Oct 30 to Nov 1 at SICC, featuring more than 650 booths across food, fashion, lifestyle and local heritage products.
