He urged students to use what they learn to uplift their families and communities rather than to harm others.
Anwar announced that a new Form Six college with hostel facilities will be established in Sabah to improve access to further studies.
He expressed confidence in voters ahead of Saturday’s election, saying Sabahans are mature and able to make sound decisions.
The Prime Minister also called for unity across all communities and stressed the need for strong federal–state cooperation to address enduring issues such as electricity, water supply and road infrastructure.
