TAMPARULI: The GRS candidate for Tamparuli, Dr Bonaventure Boniface, has unveiled a manifesto featuring five core action plans ahead of the Nov. 29 17th Sabah Election.

Dr Bonaventure said his slogan, “United Community, Progressive Tamparuli,” reflects a shared goal to achieve development through planned actions.

Key initiatives include:

1. Economic Development and Innovation: Strengthening the local economy through modernised entrepreneurship, agro-tourism, community products, and women’s participation.
2. Human Capital and Youth Development: Equipping youth with skills and resilience to lead Tamparuli in the future.
3. Infrastructure and Digital Development: Providing modern, sustainable infrastructure and narrowing the digital divide.
4. Environmental, Cultural and Heritage Preservation: Ensuring development aligns with protecting the environment, culture, and local traditions.
5. Community-Centred Governance: Promoting transparent, efficient governance with active community participation to ensure fair development.

Dr Bonaventure emphasised that his manifesto is a working plan, backed by expertise and experience, and will be implemented if he wins the Tamparuli seat.

He called for broad support to achieve these goals.

The candidate shared his plans with residents during a walkabout at Tamu Pekan Tamparuli on Wednesday.
