KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor thanked Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and the Federal Cabinet for their decision not to appeal the High Court ruling reaffirming Sabah’s 40 pc revenue entitlement.

He said the move showed the Prime Minister’s commitment to upholding Sabah’s constitutional rights and strengthening federal–state cooperation.

Hajiji called it a key step toward reducing Sabah’s development gap with Peninsular Malaysia and urged swift action to implement the ruling, stressing that Sabahans had “waited long enough.”
