KOTA KINABALU: Jheains has distributed 35 Smartboard AI units to six State Islamic Secondary Schools (SMAN) and ITQAS to boost digital learning in religious and STEM education.

Of the total, 30 units went to SMAN schools, four to ITQAS, and one to the Jheains Education Division, alongside a Flip Touch device for administrative use.

The initiative is a collaboration between Yayasan Bumiputra Sabah (YBS) and Arvia Solutions Sdn Bhd, aiming to strengthen digital education and Bumiputera human capital development.

Officials said the AI-enabled smartboards support interactive learning, including Arabic studies, STEM subjects, and 3D content, while encouraging teachers to adopt digital methods.
