Kota Kinabalu: The only Sabahan to reach the finals of the Choreographer’s Cup 2025 in Manila, Philippines, is now set to take his craft to the world stage at the Dance World Cup in Dublin this July.
Mohd Aydiel Izzudin Madri (pic), also known as Dielo Madri from Kota Belud, is the founder and choreographer of IEF (Illegal Freedom) and president of Persatuan Arusan Tari Malaysia. He made history after finishing in the Top 6 at the prestigious Choreographer’s Cup.
The 26-year-old choreographer, who has been dancing since childhood, brings 16 years of experience as he prepares for his next international outing.
He secured his place at the Dance World Cup after winning gold in the senior showstopper category at the Malaysia Dance World Cup 2026 qualifiers, held from March 27 to 29 at JKKN here.
