Kuala Lumpur: Around 100,000 passengers are expected to benefit from a RM50 flight ticket rebate for travel between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and the Federal Territory of Labuan during the Kaamatan and Gawai festive period.
Transport Minister Anthony Loke (

“This initiative is aimed at ensuring the sustainability of aviation operations while delivering meaningful benefits to the public, particularly those travelling for work, education, family commitments and other essential needs,” he said.
He said this at a press conference held in conjunction with the Campaign on the Use of Rail to Address Rising Fuel Costs at his Ministry in Putrajaya.
