LABUAN: It’s time to consider equipping enforcement personnel in Sabah which has reportedly over 1 million mostly illegal immigrants with non-lethal defensive weapons such as “stun gun”.
This is to effectively deal with trouble makers when carrying out their duties.
“The stun gun is effective to momentarily disable wrongdoers and bring the situation under control,” said activist Hj Abdul Jalil Ghani.
He said at the moment these foreigners are not afraid, aware that our enforcement personnel hardly even carry a baton.
