Election Court throws out Warisan candidate’s petition
Kota Kinabalu: The Election Court on Thursday dismissed an election petition filed by Warisan candidate Terence Au Soon Fui challenging Gabungan Rakyat Sabah’s (GRS) victory in the Tanjong Kapor state seat.

High Court Judge Amelati Parnell made the decision after allowing preliminary objections raised by Tanjong Kapor Assemblyman Datuk Chong Chen Bin and two other respondents.
