Kota Kinabalu: Parti Kerjasama Anak Negeri (PKAN) President Datuk Henrynus Amin called on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to provide the necessary constitutional leadership to honour the State’s 40 per cent revenue entitlement, demonstrating that Malaysia is a nation where the rights of its component states are protected by the highest law of the land.
Following his pledge to uphold these financial rights, the party emphasises that the Prime Minister’s intervention is now critical to ensuring the Federal Government moves beyond litigation and toward full legal compliance with the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).
Henrynus’ statement follows a courtesy call on the Sabah Pakatan Harapan (PH) Chairman and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Mustapha Sakmud.
During the meeting, Henrynus expressed full support for the unified stand taken by Sabah’s Members of Parliament and Senators regarding the April 15, 2026, implementation window.
