KOTA KINABALU: Puspanita Sabah Branch continues to reinforce its organisational role and strategic direction through an approach anchored on the 5K Pillars.
Its Chairperson, Datuk Dr Nuinda Alias, said the 5K Pillars function as a comprehensive strategic framework to ensure that every initiative undertaken is systematically planned, high in impact and aligned with the association’s aspiration to empower women within the civil service.
“The approach encompasses enhancing organisational visibility, strengthening the image and professionalism of members, ensuring high-impact financial management, achieving excellence in programme implementation, and empowering women as the core of the association.
“Puspanita must remain relevant and competitive in addressing present-day challenges. We want every programme implemented to generate value for members while contributing meaningfully to the wider community,” she said.
