Kota Kinabalu: Companies aspiring to be listed on Bursa Malaysia, need to be vetted by professional audit firms that are Audit Oversight Board (AOB) registered.

In Malaysia, out of 1,400 audit firms, only 36 are registered, and only a few are active in the IPO industry.
