KOTA KINABALU: The public is invited to attend the State-level Chinese New Year Open House 2026 at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) tomorrow (Tuesday, Feb 17) from 10am.

Organising chairperson, Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Jafry Ariffin said the event is part of the State Government’s ongoing initiative to foster unity, tolerance and harmony through shared festive celebrations, in line with efforts to build a united and prosperous Sabah.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend with family and friends to enjoy festive dishes and cultural performances reflecting the uniqueness and rich heritage of the State.
