LABUAN: Chinese Chamber of Commerce Chairman Datuk Wong Kii Yii praised Minister Hannah Yeoh for her proactive approach in Labuan, noting that her visits, sessions with industry players, and immediate formation of a task force represent a positive start.
“Interestingly, unlike previous task forces in Labuan, this one has a three-month deadline to gather feedback, focus on solutions, and remove impediments,” Wong said.
He suggested that different segments of the economy, which face unique challenges, should be handled separately by inviting key personnel from each sector to brief the task force.
