TAMBUNAN: The Early Disaster Victim Registration Campaign has been introduced to help residents affected by disasters register online more quickly and efficiently.
The initiative uses an official mobile application that enables the public to register themselves and their family members with just a few taps on their smartphones.
Once submitted, the data is immediately received by disaster management authorities, ensuring that aid distribution can be carried out more systematically and accurately.
District Officer Sobitun Makajil stressed the importance of raising broader awareness of the campaign within the community.
