KOTA KINABALU: Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) has assured the Chinese community that their interests will continue to be protected despite the absence of Chinese ministers in the newly formed State Cabinet.
GRS Supreme Council member Datuk John Ambrose (

He said the Chinese community should not feel sidelined, noting that all policies and development efforts are intended for every Sabahan, regardless of ethnicity.
John also highlighted the community’s long-standing contributions to Sabah’s economic and social development, describing them as key partners whose role the government aims to further strengthen.
He added that the inclusion of BN and PH in the state administration shows the importance of maintaining strong state–federal ties as part of ongoing nation-building efforts.
