Gabungan Rakyat Sabah’s Darau candidate Datuk Mohamed Razali Razi (

He said Darau needs a modern, structured and well-planned community management system to ensure residents’ concerns are resolved quickly and accurately.
Speaking after a GRS walkabout at the Kingfisher Millennium public playground, he said many problems in housing estates persist because there is no formal channel or intermediary body linking residents with elected representatives.
Razali said the GRS Darau manifesto includes the formation of community councils across all villages and housing areas to act as coordination hubs for complaints, verification and systematic development reporting.
He added that a digital hotline and centralised dashboard will support real-time monitoring of issues, complemented by regular dialogue sessions to keep priorities updated and ensure a more professional approach to local governance.
