The Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) Sabah Chairman Tan Sri T C Goh called for collective commitment to reject crime, telling students that preventing wrongdoing requires unity and personal discipline.
Speaking at the closing of the Satu Hati Tolak Jenayah programme at UMS on Monday, he reminded youths not to misuse technology and to stay responsible.

About 200 students from four schools took part in the event.
MCPF Crime Prevention Club Chairman Datuk Seri Johnny Chong said the programme is a key effort to build awareness on safety, discipline and social responsibility, noting strong interest from Sabah students.
Their next initiative will focus on Standard 5 and 6 pupils.
UMS Vice Chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Kasim Mansor, through Registrar Luqman Ridha Anwar, said the programme helps students understand the risks and consequences of crime.
Senior representatives from JPJKK, the State Education Department and MCPF Pahang were also present.
