TAMPARULI: Caretaker Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor  expressed confidence that the GRS–PH coalition is on track for victory in the 17th Sabah Election on Nov 29.

He said voters he met throughout the campaign since nominations on Nov 15 appeared increasingly inclined towards continuity under the GRS–PH administration.

Hajiji, who spoke after attending the GRS Mega Roadshow in Tamparuli on Sunday, added that many Sabahans told him they preferred to move forward after giving others a chance in past elections.

The GRS chairman said the strong response witnessed in the first week of campaigning suggested that voters were looking for stability and steady development, particularly in Tuaran’s four seats.
