Kota Kinabalu: SAPP President Datuk Seri Yong Teck Lee dismissed State Industrial Development Minister Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe’s claim that he ordered the closure of the Sabah Trade Centre in Likas due to lacking an Occupation Certificate (OC).
The former Chief Minister claimed that some government buildings also lack OC.
He said official government data from the Legislative Assembly sitting on April 24, 2024 revealed that four Sabah Government buildings and 44 schools currently operate without OC.
“Will he ask that those buildings be closed down?.
