MEMBAKUT: Sabah Education Exco Datuk Ariffin Mohd Arif will obtain input from the Pitas District Education Office (PPD) regarding a group of school children seen crammed on a boat without life jackets on their way to school recently.

The Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister’s Department said he will also seek information from the District Office and find an immediate solution to the matter. At the same time, he said, his party will also visit all PPDs in Sabah, especially in rural areas, to ensure the safety of school students is always guaranteed.
