BEAUFORT: District Police Chief Yusof Zaki Yaacob  called on his personnel to ensure they are constantly prepared for any possible threats to the public.

He gave the reminder during his visit to police stations in Membakut, Kuala Penyu and the Pondok Polis Kecil Kerukan, here, Wednesday.

The purpose of the visits and surveys was to ensure police officers and personnel on duty are always highly disciplined and physically and mentally prepared at all times.

He also paid a visit to those manning the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) at Kg Brunei in Membakut and reminded residents to always comply with the EMCO directive to ensure the Covid-19 infection can be contained.
