Inspector Suzie @ Stephanie Kupit, prosecuting, told the court that Sairi lodged a police report at 1.13pm on the same day after receiving a telephone call from his wife informing him that Nuramin, who is his brother-in-law, went berserk and damaged items in Sairi’s house.

The complainant stated in his report that Nuramin sometimes went berserk and that he lodged the report as he feared for the safety of his family.
