Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Agro Expo (SAEX) 2026 will be held from 21 to 23 Aug at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC), bringing together leaders from the agricultural industry, government agencies, investors, technology providers, farmers, agri-entrepreneurs and buyers from across Malaysia and the region.
Organised by ESM Exhibitor Relations Malaysia, SAEX 2026 aims to strengthen the agricultural ecosystem by providing a dynamic platform for business networking, technology showcases, investment opportunities, knowledge sharing, and market expansion.
The expo will feature exhibitors from a wide range of sectors, including agricultural machinery, smart farming technology, aquaculture, livestock farming, food processing, horticulture, fertilizers, seeds, biotechnology, agro-based products and sustainable agriculture solutions.
Chief Executive Officer and Founder of ESM Exhibitor Relations Malaysia Arpandi Jasmin, said SAEX 2026 is a strategic platform that brings together stakeholders across the agricultural value chain.
“With growing demand for food security, sustainability, and agricultural innovation, SAEX 2026 will provide opportunities for businesses, investors, and industry players to connect, collaborate, and explore new growth opportunities in Sabah and beyond.
“Sabah has tremendous potential to become a leading agricultural hub in the region. Through SAEX 2026, we aim to showcase the latest technologies, products, and solutions that can modernize the agricultural industry while supporting local farmers and agri-entrepreneurs,” he added.
The expo will feature 200 exhibition booths, where visitors can explore a wide range of agricultural and plantation products, live demonstrations of drones and truck machinery, seminars, workshops, sales of fruits and planting seeds, as well as agricultural food products.
An estimated 50,000 visitors are expected to attend. SAEX 2026 warmly welcomes the participation of exhibitors, trade buyers, distributors, importers, exporters, government agencies, industry associations, academic institutions, and members of the public who are interested in the future of the agricultural industry.
