YB who responds to every complaint
Jamawi noted that the expectations of rural communities are often modest but essential, focusing on basic infrastructure rather than extravagant projects.
Kota Kinabalu: State Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Industry Minister Datuk Jamawi Jaafar said he personally monitors social media complaints to ensure the Government remains responsive to the needs of the people.

He reminds civil servants and government agency heads that official positions are meant for serving the grassroots rather than personal prestige.

“I personally monitor social media to ensure the Government remains responsive to the needs of the people,” he said.

He said he no longer relies solely on traditional reporting channels, actively using platforms like Facebook to identify and resolve community issues.
