Kota Kinabalu: Cho Han Ji continued his winning streak by taking the men’s gross title at the Sutera Harbour Marina, Golf and Country Club’s Monthly Medal competition on Saturday.
The January winner and Champion of Champions crowned only last month finished the day with a return score of 71, eight strokes ahead of his nearest rival Ricky Kim (79) and in third place was Paul Lee Seung Hun (84).
Hwang Young Hee was the ladies’ gross winners with 83 followed by Choi Jihee (85) and Jukia Rasudin (86).
In the nett category, title A went to Glenn Nickels (67) and in second place was Han Sae Gyu (75) with Datuk Abu Bakar Abas (75) in third.
Title B winners were Idrus Brahim (66) followed by Datuk Zamri (72) and Abdul Salam Yusof (76), while the top three C places went to Dr Mohd Sharifuddin Shariff (70), Yusop Daud (70) and Ali Asli (71).
The ladies nett title was won by Kim Hyoung Joo (64). In second place was Cha Hee Soon (65) and Kim Jin (69) in third.
In the senior category, Club captain Valerian Perus (73) captured the men’s title followed by Dr Sergius Aji (76) and Jee Jinkyu (77), while the ladies top three places went to Datin Stella Ainun (68), Sofia Won Kyeing Seon (68) and Tina Koh (71).
The super senior title was won by Woo Soo Poo (68) and in second place was Lee Il Ku (68) with Joseph Wong (74) in third, and the junior winners were Abbygail Arianna (70), Nur Aryanna Shafiyya Razali (77) and Muhd Yahya Umar Arif (78).
