KOTA KINABALU: 10X Development Group (10X), inspired by Monaco’s globally recognised “La Belle Classe Destination” framework, signals Sabah’s ambition to elevate its marina infrastructure, attract high-value maritime tourism and cultivate a world-class nautical ecosystem.

“10X is an integrated investment and development company focused on building sustainable coastal and waterfront communities. We aim to generate positive impact, strengthen local economies and enhance coastal regions,” said its Managing Director Dick FF Yong.

The company develops marinas, ports, resort towns and urban waterfront districts, combining long-term capital, operational expertise and a strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG).

Yong envisioned the State becoming the yachting and leisure maritime capital of Southeast Asia, supported by a thriving maritime community across its coastal cities with strong ecological awareness.
